Mixed C4 selective hydrogenation catalyst rich in butadiene
A device that uses hydrocarbon substances such as diesel, naphtha, or light hydrocarbons as raw materials for cracking produces a large amount of mixed C4 as a byproduct. Among them, the highest content of butadiene can reach over 50%, and it also contains about 2% of alkynes. This part of the material can be selectively hydrogenated directly without extracting butadiene, converting butadiene and alkynes into monoolefins. The hydrogenated products can be used as raw materials for producing high-purity butene-1 or for other purposes.
The hydrogenation process requires two reactors. The first reactor has a circulation system, and a portion of the reaction products need to be circulated back to the reactor inlet and mixed with fresh materials to dilute the concentration of butadiene in the feed and control the temperature of the reaction bed; The materials in the second reactor are passed through in one go.
